Everything was cleaned up, put back in place, and fully repainted, leaving the home looking like we were never there (except better ).

New Project Started!

Today we kicked off a fun transformation for one of our customers! Their vision:

Remove the living room door and replace it with a window

Remove the dining room window and install the door in that location

A little switcheroo that’s going to make a big impact on the flow of their home.

From the start, we made sure the entire workspace was fully encapsulated — no mess, no debris, no stress inside the home.

Our team worked carefully and professionally to remove both the door (which we’re reinstalling!) and the window without damage. Precision matters, and LG2 always delivers.

So we opened up this shower wall expecting a little mess…BUT NO.

We walked straight into Ants Gone Wild and Mold: The Sequel Nobody Asked For.

But guess what? LG2 don’t play!

Ants? Evicted. Mold? Canceled.

New 2x4s installed because we like our walls like we like our standards: strong.

Rotten plywood? Replaced — we don’t keep dead weight.

Waterproofed everything so this shower stays cute and leak-free.

This bathroom is getting its glow-up whether it’s ready or not.

Jackhammering Done Right!

It does look like the world is ending…our crew suit up with full PPE gear — safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and more.

We also take extra steps to secure your space, keeping dust and debris contained so nothing tracks through your home.

New Project Kickoff!

This week, our LG2 Services team started a shower remodel for a wonderful older couple who wanted a safer, step-free entry. What started as a simple upgrade quickly revealed a much bigger issue — hidden wood rot and moisture damage behind the old shower walls (and even a few unwanted ant roommates ).

It’s a good reminder that what you can’t see behind the tile can often cause the most trouble! We’re on it — repairing, reinforcing, and rebuilding their shower to make it strong, safe, and accessible again.
